Description
- First, please use our free LINE inquiry
- When you enter the rough sketch, you will be charged a deposit of 30,000 yen (excluding tax)
- The reason for the deposit is that I have received a custom order request and have drawn the design in the past, but I was reminded that the product had been cancelled before production. There was no problem with the cancellation itself, but at that time the design drawing I drew was brought to another jewelry maker and produced it. My custom-made items are not made using existing molds, but are handmade by thinking of each design that is unique to the customer. Therefore, if something like this actually happens, it is most unfortunate that we have decided to spend 30,000 yen as a deposit when applying. This amount will be deducted from the total production costs once production is decided.
- Once payment is confirmed, we will start creating the design and painting. In addition, if the production fee is decided, the fee for applying for the design and painting will be deducted from the total amount as part of the tailoring fee.
- KELEN will propose design drawings according to customer's requests, but in the unlikely event that the design drawing is cancelled, the application fee for creating the design drawing will not be refunded. Furthermore, the copyright of the design drawings is owned by KELEN, so they cannot be brought to other stores.
