Selling price, shipping
The selling price for products in stock is the amount listed on the product page.
Shipping costs are free for orders over 7,000 yen excluding tax, and for less than that, there is a flat rate of 600 yen.
For custom-made products, we will provide you with an estimate including shipping costs before making them. For products other than orders, the sales price including consumption tax will be displayed on each product page.
Necessary fees other than the product price
Shipping is free when shipping your order. Customers may be required to pay returns due to customer convenience and other shipping costs. In that case, we will notify you by email in advance.
If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, we ask that you pay the transfer fee.
In addition, optional fees may be charged, such as resizing the ring.
Delivery time
Items in stock will be shipped within 3 days after payment is confirmed.
For items that cannot be shipped immediately for custom orders, we will ship them within 3 days of completion of the product. We will inform you of the product completion date by email within 3 days of confirmation of payment.

For custom-made products such as custom-made and renovations, we will charge 50% to 100% of the sales price with advance payment when you apply for purchase.

All of our products are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Even if the design is the same, each gemstone has a different look, so the expressions are all different.

The sales contract will be concluded when you send the "Order Confirmation Email" sent from Shopify.

Due to the nature of custom-made products, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to customer reasons. However, if there is a defective product, damage or damage during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the work and we will repair it.

We do not accept returns due to customer reasons such as "I don't like it" or "It's not what I imagined." However, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product if there is a defective product or damage or damage during shipping. We will handle the order by replacing, repairing, or returning.
